Refund & Cancellation

Important: Since all our products are custom-made to order (sublimation-printed with your specific names, numbers, and designs), our refund and return policy is different from standard retail. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Overview

TEAM JERSEY manufactures custom sportswear made specifically for each customer. Because each item is personalised and cannot be resold, we have a limited return and refund policy. We stand behind the quality of our products and will always make things right in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Before Design Approval: You may cancel your order at no charge before you provide written approval of the design mockup.

2.2 After Design Approval (Before Production): A cancellation fee of 10% of the order value applies to cover design and administrative costs. The remaining amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

2.3 After Production Has Started: Cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced (you will be notified when production begins). If production has started and you cancel, no refund will be issued.

2.4 After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Please refuse delivery and contact us within 24 hours if there is a serious issue.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. We do not issue cash refunds.

  2. Include: Order number, reason for request, photos/video evidence
  3. We will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we'll arrange return pickup or instruct you to ship back
  5. Refund/replacement processed within 7–10 business days of receiving returned item
