Shipping Policy

We ship pan-India. All orders are dispatched from our factory in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. Because every product is custom-manufactured, please factor in production time in addition to shipping time.

1. Overview

TEAM JERSEY ships custom sportswear to all states and union territories within India. We currently do not ship internationally. All delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch (after production is complete), not from the date of order placement.

2. Production & Processing Time

Custom sportswear requires manufacturing time before dispatch:

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, logistics disruptions, or remote location. Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, manufacturing defect).
