Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using TEAM JERSEY's website, mobile app, or placing any order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TEAM JERSEY Active Wear.
By accessing teamjersey.in or downloading/using our mobile application ("App") on Android (Google Play) or iOS (Apple App Store), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if between 13–17), and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
If you are using our services on behalf of a business, school, club, or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3.1 Order Placement: Orders can be placed via our website, mobile app, phone (+91 9894661700), or WhatsApp. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
3.2 Minimum Order Quantity: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 11 pieces per design/colour combination.
3.3 Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Prices may change without prior notice; the price at time of order confirmation is binding.
3.4 Payment: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Advance payment of 50% may be required for custom orders exceeding 50 pieces.
3.5 Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation (via email/WhatsApp) and, where applicable, after payment receipt.
4.1 You are responsible for ensuring that any logo, text, design, or image you submit for customisation does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
4.2 By submitting custom artwork, you grant TEAM JERSEY a non-exclusive licence to reproduce the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
4.3 We will provide a digital mockup for your approval before production. Once you approve the mockup in writing (email/WhatsApp), the design is final. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.
4.4 Slight colour variations may occur due to monitor calibration and sublimation printing processes. These do not constitute defects.
All content on teamjersey.in and our App — including logos, design templates, photographs, text, and software — is the property of TEAM JERSEY Active Wear and is protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, TEAM JERSEY's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or strikes; or losses arising from incorrect shipping information provided by you.
8.1 Google Play (Android): Your use of our Android app is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. In case of conflict, these Terms take precedence for TEAM JERSEY-specific matters.
8.2 Apple App Store (iOS): Your use of our iOS app is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for our app.
8.3 App Updates: We may release updates periodically. Some features may require the latest version. We are not liable for issues arising from use of outdated app versions.
8.4 In-App Purchases: Any purchases made within the app are final subject to our Refund Policy. App stores may have their own refund processes which supersede ours for purchases made through them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
